We do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice, however in some specialist cases there may be an administration fee.

The fee is £199 and is only payable upon receipt of a successful Mortgage Offer from the lender.

The fee for arranging a Lifetime Mortgage (Equity Release) is £499, of which £249 is payable upon application. The remainder is due upon receipt of a formal Mortgage Offer from the provider.

We will also receive commission from the lender when the mortgage completes.
